The Mediterranean Climate House (MCH) is a Non-Governmental Organization active in climate action. It was established in May 2018, by the Mediterranean Climate House Foundation following the recommendations of the MedCOP 2016 held in Tangier Morocco, with a general objective of fostering climate action in the Mediterranean region.
The MCH headquarters is based in Tangier, and It is steered by the founda- tion’s Executive Office, who provides the legal framework and institutional support for the establishment of the MCH and the implementation of its action plan. 

Notre mission : To contribute to strengthening the power of action of local authorities and non-state actors, in terms of climate change mitigation, adaptation and resilience, by supporting them in the implementation of climate agendas at global, regional, national and local levels

Notre vision : Constituer une institution méditerranéenne de référence, en matière de lutte contre le changement climatique et ses effets.
Agir avec les collectivités territoriales représentant des pays du pourtour méditerranéen, avec une déclinaison géographique correspondant aux degrés d’urgence et aux priorités thématiques, le tout dans une vision intégrée globale et de dimension à même d’inverser les tendances de dégradation des écosystèmes.
